Who is affected by it
In these situation black people are being affected because they are feeling like they need to change their standards to what other people believe it should be. They are also being affected because no in societies eyes Black boys are considered “older looking” and “less innocent” than white children. Which cause them to look guiltier and have a lot more trouble in the legal system. Black have to make their appearance look different when there in white communities and are more likely to get in more trouble than the white people. Black people are looked at as more aggressive and older than what they are. Which has caused a lot of problems in America.
Where is the problem ?
The problem is all across America. Racism occurs towards black people happens where ever black people are. Racism happens at school being made fun of because of the way your skin color looks or kids making jokes about what you eat, wear or how to talk correlates with the color of your skin. Racism happens on the internet where people can say whatever they want without getting into trouble. Racism on the internet can be delivered in jokes, comments, or messages sent to another person. Racism also happens in public, such as being racial profiled or being harassed because of the way your skin color is.
What caused it?
There are a lot of things that go into racism one being the parents. Most likely the way you act and the things you do have are most likely the same way your parents act or behave. Also another reason is stereotypes, Stereotyping is a common cause of racism. It is expressed through television, radio, internet, music and books. When a person of a young age is exposed to stereotypes or to groups who are stereotyped they will assume that all are like this. Also, when a recourse it displaying a race in a negative way they will think the same way as stereotypes. Another reason is personal experiences if someone has assaulted you or hurt you in some way you might start to have something against that race of people.
